E.g.: A winner got the championship medal in high jump but the winner did not do his/her best but the loser did it his/her best, what he/ she is capable of, so he/ she lost the championship. Then, who is the real winner? The loser but for many of us the winner, Isnt it? So, Then, who is the real winner in life?

For many of us, dont like to face negative circumstances so we are intent to get the reward and focus on it, even if we try, we can not avoid the negative circumstances always so there are no guarantee to avoid the negative circumstances so it is better to prepare before its happen then if we are ready to face the both circumstances then our State of mind will work effectively to win.
Isnt it the good time to face the fear of unknown?
